A Pastor is trained for two years in a “Paul and Timothy” type mentorship. After the two year mentorship the new pastor will prepare for the six week evangelism outreach to the community God has placed on his heart. The new pastor will begin living in the community beginning at the start of the evangelistic outreach and continuing for two years afterwards, bringing a “Timothy” under his care. He provides for himself through work in the community and support that comes from villagers sharing food for his family. The pastor commits to two years along with his assistant, who is being trained to go to the next village after his two year internship.
